Enjoy our freshly baked muffins and organic coffee in our Gallery or Breakfast Cafe. A buffet breakfast is served every morning from 8 to 10 am. We shop the Farmers' Markets to find fresh local produce for our breakfast offerings.
This morning I served a Mexican Quiche using organic blue corn chips as the crust, topping that with an eggs, peach mango salsa and tons of cheddar cheese. Yum!
